搬瓦工HK85路由变更，电信方向已接入CTGNet

搬瓦工HK85此前的路由为三网CMI回程，去程方面移动直连，电信和联通则绕日本NTT，去程体验比较差。

根据博主的测试，HK85电信去程方向已优化为了中国电信CTGNet网络，即CN2 GIA，联通去程方向目前暂未优化，不知道后面是否会一起优化了。HK85的上游为xTom香港，博主也测试了xTom香港的去程路由并未发现xTom针对电信优化，也就是说该优化是由搬瓦工单方面进行的。

根据监测数据来看，优化是在今早7点50分生效的，电信去程延迟大幅降低，且丢包率显著下降。
